RE: What do you think... and Why? If you count "living in an RV in one place for years due to financial hardship" as fulltiming, then yes. I agree. RE: Anaheim Rally April 17-19 2009 Been watching the fires on tv most of the day. Too smoky to go outside here. We've kept the doors and windows closed and more or less hibernated. I heard that Canyon RV Park was evacuated this afternoon, and from what we saw on TV the fire either went through it or around it. Here's hoping and praying for the well being of the families involved in all of the fires burning in So. Cal. right now. I just called Canyon Rv and the lady told me they are still there, and the fire did not go through the park. She said there is a lot going on around them, but they will be back to taking reservations tomorrow. The park looks fine. Drove up there today to check on dh's place of employment. RE: Newbie needs some help Welcome to the forum. I am sure someone here will have your answer. We towed with a Honda Minivan and were close to the towing capacity. We will never put our selves in that position again.We had to babysit the weight. And boy could you tell if you had too much weight added in packing. lol The dealers are trying to sell to you. RE: OK cold weather campers....how to keep her warm????? We have camped in those temps many times. We used our roof heater during day (elec) and Propane heater at night. Not sure what we are going to use this Christmas as we have a new TT that does not have the roof heat. Leave vent open a tad due to condensation. Fill outside shower door with piece of foam and skylights. If it is getting to the point of worring about water lines let a faucet run at a drip. We have never had a problem.
